Alan J. Tregebov

Active since 1979 as an architect and urban designer after graduating from the University of Manitoba and Cornell University, Alan’s broad practice covers planning and design all the way to construction, for clients ranging from cities to institutions and development companies, completing over 100 buildings.
Alan’s and his firm’s most recent involvements include residential, industrial, and institutional projects in the Great Toronto Area.
Alan had also designed and built several public artworks with his partner, Bernie Miller, like Street Light in Vancouver. They were also finalists in the major international Competition for the Martin Luther King Memorial on the Mall in Washington D.C.
During two of his three decades teaching Architectural Design and History in Europe and Canada, Alan taught in the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Toronto. He was a founding partner of YYZed Project Management and a Canadian Representative of NCARB.
Michael Cogan

Over the last 18 years, Michael has worked in single-family dwellings, multi-family ‘missing middle’ developments, mid and high-rise residential, commercial, institutional, and heritage projects.
Michael’s international experience in Europe and the Caribbean provided him with a keen understanding of trying different vantage points until unseen solutions are revealed.
Michael specializes in working together with clients to translate their ideas and goals into innovative designs. He leads teams through collaborative problem-solving processes, actively engaging clients, engineers, and specialized consultants. Michael is an accomplished designer and his hands-on and pro-active approach ensures that design goals and quality standards are maintained for the entire firm’s work.
He provides leadership within the office by mentoring and assisting project teams with design, and regulatory and technical concerns.
Michael specializes in working with stakeholders and teams through collaborative processes that ensure quality and innovation.
